Hi Susan. Holden Beach. It is the epitome of a family beach. Very quiet, friendly wide open beach. I have been going 30 years this past July and no, I don't own the house; just a rental. This cottage is probably 1200 square feet and rents for $970/week in the prime season. You can't beat it. To purchase it though would cost a cool 3/4 million at least. Mark
