Salmon and salsa

This was really good - cumin/salt/pepper encrusted salmon done direct @ 400 for about 10min, topped with a grilled corn, chile & tomato salsa. Side dish was hollowed zuchinis grilled first then filled with a brown rice / garlic / cilantro / black bean mix, topped with more tomatoes (fresh from the garden - man I love summer!)
