No disrespect to NB but Ken Stone really puts out a great rub as well.
Moon Shadow on a whole chicken tonight.
EVOO and a little rub. Sweetwood Blend for smoke.
Oh, a jar of Musselman's apple sauce and a 1/2 can of beer for flavor. You know, the colder the beer. The better way to properly dispose off. :woohoo:
Cut that sucker up. Added dinner rolls and a little bit sauce from Perry.
Don't forget the Melted Parkay to get a better glaze and crust.
