Stuffed Flank Steak

I was so eggscited to get my small egg back.I left it at a friends house last weekend.(It was to hot to bring home)I broke it in(again)with some stuffed flank steaks.Stuffed with mozzarella,spinach,and garlic.They came out pretty good.I will try this again.It's hard to beat a good beef roll :woohoo:

Probably about 20-30 minutes(maybe 5 beers)

That sounds good. With all that flavor on the inside, it would be easy to over do it with a rub. I will have to give this a try. Hope to meet you and the rest of the North Atlanta gang in October.
