I've had my egg for about two months now. I have really enjoyed this forum and wanted to show off my latest masterpiece! I made the filet using the TRex Stip Steak Method. If you have not tried the TRex Method yet, I highly recommend you do. I can not think of any restaurant I've been to that has made a better steak than the one I had tonight! (pictured below)
