Pulled this 8 lb'er off this morning and waiting to pull it in about an hour. Family coming in from Jacksonville and Austin for pulled pork sammi's, grilled corn, coleslaw and cold Abita beer.

Wonderful bark, my 14 and 16 year old are chomping at the bit to get into it and the 21 yr old might come in town from college in Hammond just for dinner. I knew I could get her in with a good meal :P
