Man, does she spoil you or what?! Food looks awesome. I'm gonna have to make some stuffed frito's soon. I'm not sure I'll have enough grill space to feed wifey and the boyz. Looks great!

I like the idea of putting the tostidos on a veggie tray - get em on and off fast without going back and forth with tongs and burning the hair off my knuckles. -

This is the same recipe as the Stuffed Fritos,,,I just use Tostito Scoops
1/2 lb 93% lean ground beef
1 cup sharp cheese
2 tbs salsa
1 pkt Taco seasoning
Mix all ingredients...meat is raw and cooks in the Frito or Tostito...cook raised direct on a wire pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until meat is 165 internal temp...top with sour cream & guacamole...they are delicious... -
