Great looking cook. Ribs are on of the best cooks you can do on the EGG. The easy temp control makes doing ribs and butts simple.

THOSE LOOK GREAT! FIRST TIME... DAMN. TOOK ME A COUPLE TRIES I THINK.

(ooops, cap lock was stuck. need to look up when i type)

ribs and butt are very forgiving. time/temp can vary widely and you'll be fine. don't worry too much about ten degrees or so, even 20/30. as you found out, it's hard to mess them up.

I just tried my first ribs last week and after my second try my wife is already bragging so much to friends and family that they are inviting themselves over to sample them. :ermm:
