I cooked some'en: Quick salmon b4 work.

Yea I know I said I wasn't cooking anything till first of the week but couldn't help my self. I missed my Egg and all the Egg goodness it imparts!! :laugh:
Salmon fellet in EVOO, limon juice, dill weed and Old Bay seasoning at 275-300 with raised grill direct for about 15 min. till fish started sweating oil. A little presimmon wood for smoke, some fresh basted squash from the garden with a cribbian red also from the garden and some sundryed tomato floritean rice.
Jake,as you see, is still alive and kicking!
Got to get my double expresso done and off for graveyards.

Naw Jake just likes to stick his nose in everything. He'll nibble on a pepper sometimes but the salmon is for his servents!! :laugh:

Glad to see I am not the only one with a parrot who eats at the table... My Goffin is a carnivore (apparently camera buttons fall into this category as well) and heartily approves of egged food.
