Sea Scallops I presume...
'bout 350* for 10 to 15 min. Shorter if you're real close to the coals. Just don't over cook. There's nothin' worse. -
I'd appreciate any advice. My wife and I have a large BGE that we've owned for about 3 weeks now. Following all of the instructions to the letter, starting the fire with an electric starter and using name brand BGE charcoal, I am having trouble getting the temperature over 600 degrees for grilling, in spite of taking off the top vent and opening the bottom vent all the way. We fill the fire kettle until the charcoal just covers the air holes
What are we doing wrong? Honestly, I did a better job searing steaks with my Weber kettle!
