Anyone use Olive wood?

I was fortunate to find a local gut that has Red Oak, Cherry, Apple, and Maple wood chunks so naturally I had to buy them. He also had Olive wood chunks so I figured what the heck and bought them as well. Has anyone use Olive wood and if so what meat is it good for. I am leaning toward poultry but will take ant suggestions. Thanks.
Everyday is Saturday and tomorrow is always Sunday.

RR,
Olive wood is great for lamb, fish or chicken. It is very mild so I don't use it for beef much. Anything with a Mediterranean style like kafte, kabobs or souvlaki.
