These turned out better than my first two, still learning. Dominick DeAngelis dough recipe,alfredo sauce, mozzarella,romano,pepperoni. I wanted to add honey to the dough mix but my wife said no-deal so I added a little sugar to the dressing.

    Looks Yum. Did you make your own Alfredo?

    I have made some white pizza, but not yet on the egg. I use chicken and broccoli with onion and garlic.

    ahhh..a favorite of mine..I use a white sauce with a roux base and then egged chicken breasts and fresh spinach...this'll put yer lights out ..so beware...

    White Pizza Sauce
    Ingredients Needed:

    * 3 Tbsp. butter
    * 3 Tbsp. flour
    * 3 cups whole milk
    * 1 tsp. nutmeg
    * Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:
    1. Melt butter in medium saucepan, then add flour. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon for 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat.

    2. Add milk and continue to stir constantly while lowering heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

    3. Add nutmeg and set aside to cool.

    4. After 15 minutes, the white sauce will be ready to use.

    5. To make pizza, use your favorite dough and toppings and cook according to those directions.

    Yield: 2 1/2 cups

    I sautee fresh spinach and mushrooms, add a couple (as much as you like) pulled egged chicken breasts, and top the whole thing with feta cheese and fresh ground pepper before the cook...

    good stuff!

    Ordered it off Amazon.com. Its made by Mario Batali. I like it because it thin enough to pick up the pizza with out shoving it off the stone. Been there done that!
