I put on ham, pulled pork, swiss cheese, pickles, must & mayo, Then I press it in my George Foreman grill after buttering the bread.

Never thought about good old George....thanks

For the innards I like ham (or Buckboard), pulled pork, mustard, pickles, green olives, cheese and tomatoes.
For all "pressed" sammies I go with the CI griddle on the bottom and a CI skillet for weight on top.

If you have a plate setter and a pizza stone, you can use the platte setter legs down with the pizza stone to press the sandwiches. If both are good and preheated you should be fine

I use cooked hamburgers, ham, two kinds of cheese and a sauce made of dijon mustard and mayo. I wrap the assembled sandwiches in foil, then set some bricks on them for 5 minutes or so.

that is fantabulous, sir

Aw man, I'm not sure if you have ever used the "f" word in our correspondence over the years, so that is a very kind compliment.....
Oh yeah, don't call me sir.....
