Recipe needed for Pupusas

Recently I stumbled upon an article about how popular pupusa are becoming. These are Salvadorian versions of a quesidilla made of corn masa to resemble a jelly filled doughnut stuffed with meats, cheese and beans and then grilled. Just wondered if anyone has ever made these on the egg and what you put in them, cooking times etc.

Thanks Bente, I've never heard of them before so thought I'd see if any of you great chefs have made them before. They do seem somewhat easy to make, tasty and interesting and something my kids would love. Kinda like a variation of those McCain pizza pockets but better for you. Thanks again for the recipes.

for something really easy try lawn rangers dessert burritos looks like you can use any flavor:::

Dessert, Peach, Burrito

It's Monday, again.

burrito sixed flour tortillas
peach pie filling
butter spray
cinnamon
sugar.

Indirect at about 300 until crispy.

Cooking Tips
Would have been better with some vanilla bean ice cream.
