    Doug,

    Very Beautiful.

I was having problems with my wings getting charred up as well. I changed rubs and started using a platesetter. I haven't had any char the past couple of times.

Babybacks man,I do love the ribs  Thanks Pat ;) The cobbler recipe is almost to simple to post, but here it goes ;)

1 Box of white cake mix
2 cans of peaches in light syrup
    1 stick of butter
Option:I also added a couple handfulls of fresh blueberries

Pour the peaches(syrup and all)into the DO
Pour the cake mix on top
Melt the butter and pour over the top
    DO NOT MIX

Put it in the egg till it looks done ;)I cooked this at 350 for an hour and a half.

This recipe was handed to me by Bacchus, who got it from Rusty Rooster. Thanks guys,It is great :woohoo:

Eggtucky, these are the unfried chicken wings.I used Raging River and Tsunami Spin mixed together. These were pretty darn good.Cooked at 250 for two hrs on a raised grid :)
