No idea what it is, needed something quick so I picked up the Hormel marinated loin on the way home. 350 rotating every 10 minutes for 45 minutes or so. Pulled at 150 and wrapped in foil for 30 minutes. Tasty stuff

Looks great! That's wild..I was in Kroger's today checking out what they might have out for the 4th and saw those and almost got one!!..lol..was there actually looking for bone in beef short ribs...damn things are hard to find around here!!..butcher doesnt carry em and Kroger didn't have them...grrr

I normally refuse to touch one of those prepackaged-premarinated meats but my wife picked up a tequila lime turkey tenderloin a few weeks ago at Sam's Club.
Like you, I needed something fast and gave them a try. I think my quote was, "I'm surprised at how 'not horrible' they are".Knoxville, TN
