Hi all eggers! I'm smoking three 8lb butts and a 21lb ham. I'm doing everything low and slow @ appx. 200-225. I have smoked butts and a picnic many times, but never a ham w/the full skin on. Will I be ok smoking the ham the same as butts/picnics to an eternal temp of 200?

DK,[p]About 180 degrees for a ham...It doesn't need quite as high an internal temp to break down the tendons/ligaments, etc. because it's pretty lean meat under the layer of skin and fat on the outside.
