does anyone have any recipe for grilled potato slices?

I have taken baking potatoes and sliced 1/4 inches coated w/ veggie oil then seasoned.Then put bbq sauce on one side and put on egg at 300.about 20 minutes later add grated cheese for about 7-8 minutes.remove from egg and top w/ sour cream,great appetizer.

I slice potatoes and onions. Toss them all in EVOO and dust well with salt and pepper, and sometimes Raging River.
Then cook them in cast iron with a few pats of butter until golden and delicious - about 20-30 minutes.
