Just put on the Egg...spiced with DP original & JFW.

My little Hannah wanting to jump in the pool in this nice Norcal weather today

Ready to eat. Skin came out pretty crisp. Took over two hours to cook at 250 degrees. Very juicy

...and for dessert. Strawberry short cake

Thanks. When I was a Weber guy, I had pieces all the time. Never really did them on the Egg due to all the other food coming off it. I was inspired to do it your way. I think next time I will give them a light coating of flour along with th DP.

You bet, crispy chicken does rule. The good part about this is my wife doesn't like the dark meat...so the legs, thighs and back (my favorite piece) are all mine.
