    Thanks. When I was a Weber guy, I had pieces all the time. Never really did them on the Egg due to all the other food coming off it. I was inspired to do it your way. I think next time I will give them a light coating of flour along with th DP.

    You bet, crispy chicken does rule. The good part about this is my wife doesn't like the dark meat...so the legs, thighs and back (my favorite piece) are all mine.
