I just did my first Spatchcocked Chicken Sunday afternoon and it was great. So easy and so moist. Even my wife was commenting on how good it was. I urge everyone to try it.[p]Life is good.[p]Spring Chicken

    Between you and me and about a thousand other Eggheads, we have experienced the ultimate in chicken cooking. Your plans to cook it twice in less than one week's time just goes to show how easy and tasty it is.[p]They are easy to cook now but I think someone should try to breed a line of chickens with little or no backbone in order to make Spatchcocking even easier.
