Egging on the Beach - Hatteras Island

<p />Ahhhhhhh, what a fun day on the beach. Nature Boy was down for a few days in the area so we played hooky and went fishing and cooking for the day. Here I am getting in from the sun and ready for the 2nd of two 15-20 min storms that went by. My small egg went thru with no problems. We did a small section of spare ribs, 4 sausage patties, and butterflied pork loin chops. All had a great coating of DIZZY DUST (as did the back of NB's car with all the wind) and all came out really good. We didn't spend much time watching temps - but all worked out with hardly any attention from us. A great time at Salvo, NC[p]Tim M

Salvo is one of my favorite places along the outer banks. Use to live in Chesapeake, VA and would go down to Hatteras area a couple times a month.[p]Great pictures.[p]Beers to ya,[p]Mr Beer
