World Pork Expo BBQ Contest

We took a road trip Des Moines,Iowa for the World Pork Expo today and met DR BQQ and a lot of other people using green eggs. They were competing for 38000 in prize money.
Got to sample a little of DR BQQ contest stuff from the whole hog and it was great. He was pretty busy with competition but took time for a picture and answer a few questions. I think we ate too many samples from the different BBQ people from the whole hog competition. Their was also a green egg distributer from North Dokota their cooking pizza on a large egg.

If nothing else we were the best dressed Al. Here's how strong this contest was. My ribs finished 14th. However, if you took that score I got it would have placed me first in ribs in the last five contest I did.
