ribs on v rack

just got the v rack and am going to attempt ribs! i have the large egg. is it best to put 6 full slabs in the rack or 3 cut in half?

How hungry are you? 6 full slabs will fit, but you might have to curve the end pieces in a little

My experience has been that trying to fit full slabs on a large is a very tight squeeze. I cut mine in half and do 6 half slabs in the vrack.

If you trim the ribs, be sure to measure both them and the rack before cutting in half... I know for a fact that they will fall thru the rack if they are too short!

I've been able to squeeze them on my Large, but just barely and just the racks in the middle.
