M & M: Marsala & Mesquite were the flavours today............but first the veggies....simple...potatoes..poblano pepper....bell pepper garlic.. rosemary...parsley.....tomatoes...salt & pepper

Chicken....spatchcocked ...just with flour......goes on top.....veggies underneath...Indirect....380° Dome

Hi there Mike.....was a nice day here.....bit windy...but not so hot.....would you believe that was my first chicken on the egg..

thanks, i've been kind of busy/stressed and not cooking anything picture worthy plus we went out for japanese twice for birthday's this weekend and last weekend was party time at my friends, 4 hours sleep per night .....hot tub till 1:30 am up at 6. been tired too..... i am too old for that. But i ordered a bunch of planks and some different smoking woods and i have plans....

you're right about feeding the guys. i figured it out with the tuna and lamb racks 3 weeks ago. they can eat meat at the rate of about $120 per hour. :laugh:
