Oh My God! (If I can say that)if this country isn't going down the tubes I don't know what's happening!
We have to be sooooo careful not to offend anyones delicate sensibilities. I saw the ad and it was a FARKING ladies scarf!
Maybe it's a good idea we roll over now and change the name of this forum to "Ceramic Cookers" that way we don't offend the Weber, Primo or any other cooker out there.
Come on, how about using a little common sense please? -

Next someone will tell us we should not eat bamboo shoots with oriental food as it might deprive the pandas of their food.

This definitely needs to be looked into by Homeland Security! 8 - )

I apologize for making you think it was aimed at you it wasn't, it was aimed at the Universe in general.
I find most of my ranting is sort of like screaming at the rain to stop. It's gonna fall no matter what.
Geezers get this way sometimes. -
No worries!!

Granted this was many moons ago, and definitely before 9/11, well before for that matter, more in the hay day for yasser. Back in those days, a motorcycle was my main means of transportation going to college and all. I had (and some of my friends) one of these "headdresses" scarves, which surprisingly, were sold in regular stores. It's triangular shape, was ideal as a scarf, covering the typical opening between chin/helmet chest. It's triangular shape allowed the "point" to be tugged in well below your jacket so it would stay put.
This was not a political statement, this was convenience, and recognition of a good design..
Here are a couple of oxymorons to describe this and many articles:
"balanced news"
"objective news casting"
"responsible media coverage"

Sweetums it is not a ladies scarf. If it showed a swastika, would that be a ladies scarf? It's the same thing. Racheal, the innocent little twit, probably has no more idea of what it symbolizes than the man in the moon. The people that did the ad knew damn well. Some of us, whose family members have been injured by the very same group represented by that scarf, are not amused.

They should have pulled it, because her school bus size thighs are out of control. :woohoo:
