Who do I talk to about the possibility of having my friend Will come with a truck of grassfed beef to demo and sell at reduced prices at the event..He also gets wonderful pork and salmon. I think it would be a win win for all. Here are some links to him and his products.

    If you're talking about the "Midwest Eggfest", I suggest you contact them directly with this question. Neither the Big Green Egg, nor the forum, have anything to do with these decisions except for the Eggtoberfest in October.
