have med egg love it but i can't get my breads to brown on top, the bottoms are done/well done,middle is ok but tops not so good, cooking @ 350..... any sugguestions?

I always bake the No Knead bread...I cook it on my bGE at 450 degrees dome temp...I bake it for 20-25 minutes with the top on my CI Dutch oven and 20-25 minutes with the top off...it usually browns pretty nicely...
