Grilling Class

Months ago, in preparation for the summer, my wife and I signed up for a grilling class at our Williams-Sonoma store. Little did I know then that I would have the ultimate grill by the time we took the class. I REALLY hope someone asks me what type of grill I have !

I have converted 2 people into buying an egg. Something this good should be brought up, and don't be ashamed to admit it.

They may teach you to grill chicken or burgers on a $1500 gas grill.........
Could come in handy if you lose touch with reality and sell your egg.

Somehow I don't picture Williams and Sonoma as a font of knowledge for BGE grilling. Maybe I'm wrong. I'd be interested to know how that works out.
I tell everyone I know, and some I've just met, about the BGE. It's not as well known up here in the northeast, and a lot of people are really interested in hearing about it.
