Cornish game hen done the chicken style

Halved a couple cornish game hens and floured them and put them on for an hour at 350 dome.
Took them off, dunked them, and wrapped in foil while an ear of corn cooked on the Egg. Great meal! -RP

LOOKS GREAT. Got a couple of the little buggers in the freezer to do something with. I have never done "the chicken". I have got to get with the program!! :laugh:
