I just had to try something different.
Dinner Tuesday night: Scalloped Potato's with leftover Pork Tenderloin (chopped).
Pulled out a C.I. skillet I had used just a time or two prior to getting my egg, cut the handle off, and reseasoned it just for good measure.
Was burning some brush in the outdoor fireplace so I wrappaed the ptl in foil and set it on top for warming.
Could have used some salad..........oh well.

    Ron,

    Good looking stuff.

Did you use the package or fresh potatoes?

    Hey Greg,

Fresh of course. Could have sliced the taters a little thinner, making them a little softer.

Have you fired up that small yet. Good looking cart, btw.

I always wanted to learn how to make it.....then one day, watched someone on TV make it. Never knew it requires so many dairy products....dang it.

    Pics look good.

    Ron,

That is actually not the pic of my cart, but thanks for the compliment. It is a pic that I stole from the Whiz's site.

I am still in the process of building the cart, although it is pretty easy. I started on Monday shopping for the parts. Finished most of it yesterday, as I am just waiting for the poly to dry so that I can put on the last coat. After that, it is a quick adjustment of the shelves and loading the EGG into the cart.

I can't wait to see how easy it is to use, because the cost compared to a pre-made is much cheaper.

I expect to have pictures on Thursday of the completed cart and should be grilling on Friday or Saturday.
