Last night did Chops and turkey patties. i decided to tyry for a dessert. Used burrito sixed flour tortillas, peach pie filling, butter spray and cinnamon and sugar. Indirect at about 300 until crispy. Would have been better with some vanilla bean ice cream.

Burrito Looks great. I put it on my list to try as I always have the Peaches and Tortillas on hand.
I have a sqirrell that thinks he lives on my deck, very busy hiding nuts this time of year. -
Everything looks really good but those peach burritos look eggceptionally good. Wish I had some right now.

Thanks, Man.
I'm sure there would be a lot of ways to tweak them, but they were pretty good as they were. However, I'm going to experiment some more.

hey man, for a 'simple cook', dem peachy things look really damn good!!!. ..i'm thinkin though, spray em on the outside with some of that butter pam stuff, then put em on a pizza stone till golden brown on the outside....and yeah, then serve em up with some ice cream. ... oughta be downright righteous. ..in fact. ..think i'm gonna do that when the spawn comes home this weekend!!!
tanks for your brilliance!!! -
I think you've got it. I should have left these a bit longer, but the sun was down and I needed to be in bed sleeping. Let me know how they come out.

Lawn Ranger,
I need to try the peach burrito idea. I think my pantry on has cherry pie filling in it right now. Maybe I'll venture into other fruits.
Regarding the squirrel, before I invested in a squirrel proof feeder, I used to have an acrobatic squirrel that fed the same way. I covered the roof with sharp nails pointed up, and much like a swami, he simply lay on the bed of nails and continued to feed! :pinch:

Let us know how they turn out.

Roudy: I used to let him copncern me, but all he does is spill most of it on the ground for the birds, anyway. He's good company. :cheer:

You tell me...

This def bears some more work..I didn't have good fresh tortillas, put too much peach pie filling in them..and didnt get them crisp enough..but definitely worth some work making em better!

Man, those are sure pretty. Sorry they didn't turn out to your liking. After my own review, I'm leaning to the really crisp side next time. I had a leftover awhile ago and it was still mighty tasty, but I would like more crunch.
