Pork Tenderloin for Dinner

We had some pork tenderloin marinated in teriyaki with some fried rice and french cut beans.

    Good lookin eats Fire..how long and what temps did you cook the tenderloin?...I love fried rice :woohoo: ..oh..and my guess...Lily got her share too! ;)

    Actually, my girlfriend cooked this one. I was very proud of her. I was in class and it was almost ready when I got home. She cooked it indirect, a little under 300, I think it cooked for about 75 minutes. It was one of our best ones. When I pulled it off, I wrapped it in foil and stuck oven mitts on each end of it, so it was completely covered. Trapped the heat in great! It was super hot when we cut it about 10 minutes later.
