Please update my profile?

I’ve tried to login but cannot. I’ve activated my profile (AndyR) but still
can’t login. I keep getting a message saying “Account has been activated
but not yet confirmed. Check email for further instructions.” I started
this process a couple weeks ago allowing time for it to process but still
nothing. I’ve been watching my spam filter but nothing has shown up other
than a new password.

Is something wrong and can you help?
