Decided to give Egrets Chili recipe a try.

Mighty good indeed after help from Fidel and Chubby. I couldn't fine any Ancho Chili Powder. Yesterday, the post came and I was happier than a fox in a hen house.

Got to mixin and eggin and this is what turned up...

Thanks Egret for the recipe, Fidel & Chubby for the powder, mmmmighty good stuff.

Here I am using the spider inverted with a ceramic dutch oven.
