Nice azaleas.
What is that yellow dust all over your egg?
Mine look like that too. I just got back from a 3 day business trip and mine are covered. -
All the pics are beautiful!

Dang I like that down the port hole shot! I wished I did that tonight.
Nice looking pie

Thanks Kim
That looks great. If the pizza tasted half as good as the flowers look, you had a good meal. -
What type of pizza dough is, actually could you share your recipe for the whole pie? It looks fantastic. :woohoo:

Publix Pizza dough
pepperoni, bacon, Publix 6 blend cheeses, evoo, oregano & Ragu original pizza sauce
egg'd at 550 for 8-9 minutes....yummy -

Good looking pie and yard. Our azaleas have already quit blooming for the year. Thats what I hate about them they look beautiful for a couple of weeks a year then there just .......there. What temp you do your pie at? Looked like the inside of a jet engine. I think I need to up the temp on my pies.

Probably pollen.

OK, you gotta tell me how you get the Publix pizza dough to end up with a thin crust like that! Mine always ends up thicker than I want it. However, when I try to stretch it out, I just end up with holes in the middle.
Can you provide some tips on how long you let it sit out and how you rolled it to make it come out like that?
I worked at Little Caesar's pizza all through high school and college so you would think that I get this right. However, we just stuck the dough balls in a sheeter machine that rolled it out perfect every time.
Thanks,

!st of all we let the dough usually sit out for about 1 hr
then we roll it out with flour & a rolling pin
then we put it on one of these
http://www.target.com/AirBake-Pizza-Pan-15-75/dp/B000063SKU/sr=1-2/qid=1208543498/ref=sr_1_2/601-1287487-8469733?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k:pizza pan&page=1
we then stretch it all around the pan and trim any excess...add toppings and put in on a preheated pizza stone which is on top of a platesetter...
I usually cook them at 550-600 for 6 -10 minutes...they are great and the pizza stone makes it so easy...we have two so we just keep the pizzas going when we are having a party -
Thank you for the tips. I will check out the pizza pan. I was also cooking at 500 so I will try 550.
