I received an email from Lodge CI and saw they had their CI loaf pans on sale. Has anyone ever used these? I may have to order a couple of these for "Mom".

I have not, but it's hard to beat this wire meatloaf basket when it comes to smoking a loaf & letting the grease escape.
Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time -
I will use the CI loaf pan for meatloaf but my main purpose will be for baking bread.

I have a CI loaf pan and have not figured it out yet. Everything gets really dark and has a hard crust. I need to decrease the cook time or the temp. Not real happy with it yet, but once I figure it out, it may be better.
