Prime ribeyes and crab legs [pics]
Had to fire up the egg last night.
Had to use the camera phone, so the pics are kinda fuzzy. One of these days I'll get a good camera. lol
Big Green Egg

Prime ribeyes, already grilled the veggies, just threw them back on in foil for a couple minutes while the steaks finished.

King crab legs

Ribeye (med rare/medium), crab legs, grilled carrots, yellow onion, red potatoes, and squash.

I guess I should read all the posts before I give my opinion. :pinch: How are things, Leah and the baby doing well I hope? I've been extremely busy.

Thank you, my first attempt at food pron. lol I'm pretty happy w/ the camera on the phone, for what it is. It's 2 megapixel.

I let the crab legs sit in extra virgin olive oil for maybe 20 minutes before putting them on. When they went on it was about 400 F, and dropped to 350. I probably had them on 10 or 15 minutes or so. First time trying them, they were pretty good.
For the onions, I just cut them in half and then poked some holes on the big side and covered them w/ butter. Let them kind of soak that up for 30 minutes or so. Then I grilled them for 20 minutes w/ one flip at 350-ish. Then for another 10 minutes I wrapped them in foil and put them back on.
For the other veggies I coated them in olive oil, a little sea salt, and cracked black pepper. -
First time trying the legs and they turned out pretty good. Everything else was perfect, but I kept the legs in the fridge overnight, which I probably shouldn't have done.
