I've had turtle before.....it was pretty good and caught in the same way, by a guy who looked and sounded just like this guy.

We cook turtle alot although not lately. It's quite good as long as you bleed it out well. Make a mixture of mustard and hotsauce then let it soak for about ten mins. dust with corn meal and fry or grill. Superb!
