Those burritos look amazing. I love the browning and I can taste them from here.
Right now salt-free dizzy dust and raging river are in the test kitchen. And a rub I been working on for Pineapple. But you bring up some interesting possibilities (there are so many!). For now, a little dose of swamp venom might get you the flavor you are lookin for.
Hmmm....you mean like a taco seasoning kinda? Something to mix in with your stuffing ingredients?

i do klike the idea of some kind of latin flavored rub they make such great rubs that i know the boy would like DP even more if we used it to make his tacos

Yea, something to mix in. I just picked a nice pair of butts. I most always use Swamp Venom on them. But I think is a little than a small dose. :woohoo:

I am going to do some thighs as a prep for St Joe. Going to do some like Randy's Chicken. For the afterparty I might do some chicken lollipops if they work out this weekend.
