I don't know that I've ever tried the cornmeal mush, Infact, I don't think I've ever heard of it. What does that impart into the Pa. Dutch Delight?

Glad you threw on some broccoli to keep it healthy. :woohoo:

corn meal mush is polenta, and it goes great with eggs and scrapple. used as breakfast food around here and often with maple syrup. cooks up nice on the egg although it is usually fried. i added it to the layered thng because i wanted all my favorite things in one bundle . grilled on the egg with out added fat and it is healty and low fat

Wonderful breakfast ideas!!! I love eggs benedict too! An interesting substitute is to use a piece of a smoked fattie in place of the Canadian Bacon. YUM!
