I have always thaught of lamb as an aquired taste....after today.....I think it is a delicacy worth having any time......this is the recipe...+ added some red wine to the tray

that looks great, below is my last lamb, bone in, less meat but, the boys said, more flavor.
into the blender> olive oil, garlic, rosemary [lots] salt and pepper. strain that mess thru a fine strainer>inject the oil and rub the outside with the remainig pulp and cook. judging from the pics. you know how to do that. potatos and rosemary in duck fat cooked on the raised 1/2 grid [not in the dutch oven top as shown] asparagus rafts with homemade buckboard bacon. boys took the food away before i could get photos.

Monday – too late, had Chilean Sea Bass
Tuesday - already committed, have a steelhead trout marinating in maple syrup and soy sauce.
Wednesday - Maple chipotle leg of lamb
