Sauted shrooms in EVOO/Butter and Italian Dressing.

Burgers with simple EVOO/salt and pepper.

Add those shrooms and cheese.

Save some of those shrooms.

Heck no it has been a long winter.One hour longer to see what is cooking without the aid of a light(battery powered or whatever.Swiss& mushrooms are one of my favorites.Once and a while I will put almost burnt onion on top of that.Good looking cook.Making me hungry again but I am all filled up from cooking Quesadillas tonight. Crab,cheese and chicken with Sam Adams on the side.

They look great. It easier to grill with DOL however I wish they could change in 1/2 hour increments so I don't have to get up when it dark.

Thanks. Taters or buns? I have that curse. I look at food and put weight on. I choose buns tonight.

I agree, I pushed more snow this year than I have in years.
I usually grill onions for sliders. Okay, your Quesadillas don't sound like they will suck. They actually sound pretty darn good.

I tried your scrunchy pork, today.
I over cooked it... when the temps got to 140, they didn't seem done, so I left them on for a few more minutes... gaaaah!
Trust the temp-stick!
Lesson learned...

They really didn't. You ready to do some cooking at Oklahoma? You know what, I'm really eggcited about St. Joe. I have way to much family and friends up there, if you know what I mean. I told my parents to eggspect a group of us.
You, Eggfoot and I need to talk about that plan.

Yeah, i wish it was this weekend. Heading on vacation in a few days. Just have a real itch to get out.
I emailed you about St Joe. $1000 for the loin and $1000 for the butts would be pretty nice. -
Dang. Just realized I have not been taking any pictures lately. Will try and remember to snap a couple. Posted a couple pictures of our kitchen a ways back. We are loving that in a big way. But mainly, it's just good to be back home.
