Blackberry Pork Loin

I cooked a large pork loin cut into thirds this week using various fruit stuffings in each one. I had been wanting to try blackberry and finally got to try some out. The result was very satisfactory. I had some problems due to overcrowding on my medium Egg but all came out well in the end.
