Maverick ET-73 High Temp Probes

Here they are next to the old one. They are just a little thicker than the old ones. They are the same size as the Guru probes. Anyone cook these?

What temp are they rated for? I recently purchased the et-73 and wish I could use it for temps over 400

I agree. Wish it was good for a temperature in the 400-500 range.

Had to look in the manual to find it.They are rated to 570F.

Tom..you have any problem with the receiver and transmitter on your et-73 staying synced up??

TomM24, where did you get the new probes. The probes that I have are starting to fray and I need to replace mine.
