...and M is for "mmmmmm"
found this in the back of the deli drawer. probably dates from the eisenhower administration. it's the curved chunk of some excellent (as in, ten-dollar) kielbasa. i would have killed for the nickname "ten dollar kielbasa" in highschool, but the gals always went for the captain of the football team.
but i digress...
just finished both of these, with some jalapeño mustard. damn good.
a little oak, to finish it off.
