Just a dizzy Chicken.

Sometimes we got so caught up in making wonderful yummy foods that the simple things fall by the wayside. We did Spatchcock chicken last night. covered it heavy with dizzy dust and cooked about 45-50 minutes direct. the legs came off it when i took it off the small egg.done perfect. I let it rest about 10 minutes while the rest of dinner finished up. It was a natural bird so nothing in there but chicken. slicing the breast was like squeezing a sponge. it was so juicy. I didn't take any pictures it was "just" a chicken. yah, JUST a chicken on the EGG. heaven. Julie
