Sirloin steak dinner last night

Here is a CAB sirloin steak for only $4.99 a lb at Schnucks. I seasoned with DP's Raising the Steaks rub and extra garlic salt. Grilled at 500 for about 7 minutes a side to a medium rare. It was about 1 & 1/2 inch thick. It was outstanding. Eat beef. Thanks, Tom
