I activated my user name a while ago and was able to log in but have since forgotten my password. When I use the forgot password feature it says that I am not registered. I have tried to re-activiate and even re-register but it says my email address is already in use. Can you tell me what I should do to retrieve my password? Thanks for your help with this.
