Well got to do graveyards tonight so doing an earley burn. Stuffed squash which are cut in half, centers scraped out and filled with a stuffing that was saltaed in a skillet of cut up necks off the squash, a little onion chopped, can of mushrooms and 1/2 jar, juice drained, sun dryed tomatos in a small amount olive oil. Saltae till tender the add enough italian bread crumps to thicken. Fill squash and top with parmisan cheese. Set aside. Next the flattie. 1/4 part pig sausage and 3/4 part cow sausage (hamburger). Mix togeather and make 2 thin patties. Top one of the patties with chedder cheese, a few halapenos, 6 strips cooked bacon and cover with the other pattie making a flattie. Put in non stick sprayed cast iron skillet. Cover the last 20 min with cream of shrimp soup. Took stuffed squash and placed in a sprayed alum. pan, Fresh cut green beans that were tossed in olive oil and Toneys and garlic pepper spice. Placed aroung squash and a few fresh tomatos thrown in. Cover with foil till last 15 min. and add hickory and presimmon chunks. I'm cooking flattie for 1 1/2 hrs and the squash mixture 2 hrs at 375. Don't know how it will turn out but will give review when I get home in the morning if I can't b4 I leave. Net nanney done decided the .NET site is porn also now so can't get to it at work. Also note the rocks on plateseter holding grill off the squash and squash pan is elevated off platesetter with rocks.

Oh my goodness! All you're missing is two big pieces of bread and a drink and you're all set. That is one big cheeseburger!
Oh yeah...nice job with the stuffed squash. I especially liked the rocks on the grate thing. Have a nice weekend! -
A chunck of no knead bread from the Egg and a glass of tea (leaving for work in 15 min) Fresh vegs on the Egg in Feb. Nothing better. And a nice flattie to boot. The vegs cooked perfict. Could have pulled flattie after an hr. but cream of shrimp soup kept it moist. Got to run.
