Well, the second day came using my new egg and I decided to try a forum favorite, Spatchcocked Chicken. This was my first experience with this and it turned out GREAT. My wife loved it and she doesn't like grilled food.... The majority of the time it is just more for me :) See the following pics.

I would also like to know how to submit more than one photo. I took before and after.
Thanks

I did not post that message 4 times!
  • I realize I may be a little late. I hope you see this tomorrow. Go to your photobucket account and copy the IMG code it should be the one at the bottom of the picture. Come back here and paste it into the body of your message and hit submit. Should be able to do this a few times for a few photos. I still haven't been all around this site so I'm not sure what the maximum photo size is yet.
  • You are really rolling. I think I did spatchcocked chicken three times in the first week I had the egg. It is so easy and comes out great. I like to get the skin a little crispier. So, I've tried flipping it near the end of the cook. Sometimes it works and sometimes the chicken loses a body part. I now heat up a large cast iron pizza pan on the stove and set that on top of the skin for the last 5-10 minutes of the cook. Maybe put a fire brick on top of that. It crispens the skin nicely.

I have a picture but can't find it!

    Have fun.
